Shipping & Delivery Policy

This Shipping & Delivery Policy explains how Plymouth Heritage Gunworks handles order processing, shipping, delivery timeframes, and firearm-related shipments.
1. Order Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.
Processing may take longer for firearms, ammunition, special orders, regulated products, backordered items, compliance review, or orders requiring FFL verification.
2. Estimated Delivery Timeframes
Estimated delivery timeframes vary depending on the item, destination, carrier, inventory availability, and compliance requirements.
- Firearms: Typically shipped to a verified FFL dealer within 3–7 business days after order processing and FFL verification.
- Accessories and merchandise: Typically delivered within 3–7 business days after shipment.
- Ammunition: Shipping time varies based on carrier requirements, destination restrictions, and applicable law.
- Special orders: Timeframes vary based on supplier availability and will be communicated when possible.
Delivery dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
3. Firearm Shipping
Firearms may only be shipped to a valid Federal Firearms License holder (“FFL”) unless otherwise permitted by law.
Customers are responsible for selecting or providing a receiving FFL and ensuring that the receiving FFL is willing and able to accept the transfer.
The receiving FFL may charge transfer fees, background check fees, storage fees, or other charges. These fees are the customer’s responsibility and are not controlled by Plymouth Heritage Gunworks.
4. Restricted Shipping
We do not ship products to locations where the item is prohibited by federal, state, or local law.
Orders may be canceled if we determine that the item cannot legally be shipped or transferred to the customer’s location or selected FFL.
5. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout where applicable. Shipping charges may vary based on item type, size, weight, destination, carrier, insurance, and regulatory requirements.
6. Carrier Delays
Plymouth Heritage Gunworks is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, regulatory holds, address errors, FFL delays, payment verification, or events outside our control.
7. Lost or Damaged Shipments
If an item appears damaged upon delivery, notify the carrier and Plymouth Heritage Gunworks promptly. Do not discard packaging, as it may be required for carrier claims.
For firearms, customers should inspect the firearm at the receiving FFL before completing the transfer.
8. Local Pickup
If local pickup is available, customers must present required identification, licenses, permits, paperwork, and complete all required legal steps before receiving regulated items.
