Refund & Return Policy

This Refund & Return Policy applies to purchases made from Plymouth Heritage Gunworks through www.phgunworks.com or directly through our business.

1. General Policy

All returns and refund requests are subject to review and approval by Plymouth Heritage Gunworks. We reserve the right to refuse returns or refunds that do not comply with this policy.

2. Firearms

All firearm sales are final once the firearm has been legally transferred to the customer by the receiving FFL dealer.

If a firearm is shipped to an FFL and the customer is denied, refuses the transfer, fails to complete required paperwork, or is otherwise unable to legally receive the firearm, the order may be returned to Plymouth Heritage Gunworks, subject to applicable shipping charges, transfer fees, and restocking fees.

Firearms must be inspected by the customer at the receiving FFL before transfer. Once the firearm is transferred, the sale is final.

3. Ammunition

Ammunition sales are final and non-returnable unless otherwise required by law or approved by Plymouth Heritage Gunworks due to an order error or product defect.

4. Accessories, Parts & Merchandise

Eligible accessories, parts, and merchandise may be returned within 14 days of delivery if the item is unused, unopened, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Returned items must be in resalable condition.

5. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are generally non-returnable:

  • Firearms after transfer
  • Ammunition
  • Special orders
  • Used items
  • Clearance or final sale items
  • Installed or modified parts
  • Items damaged by misuse, neglect, or improper installation

6. Defective Products

If you believe an item is defective, contact us promptly. Depending on the product, defect claims may be handled by the manufacturer’s warranty process.

Plymouth Heritage Gunworks may assist with warranty coordination where appropriate but does not guarantee manufacturer warranty approval.

7. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error by Plymouth Heritage Gunworks or otherwise approved in writing.

Shipping fees are generally non-refundable.

8. Restocking Fees

Approved returns may be subject to a restocking fee, particularly for firearms, special orders, regulated items, or items returned due to customer cancellation, failed transfer, or non-compliance.

9. Refund Timing

Approved refunds will typically be processed within 5–10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider or financial institution.
